Strong Ties to Caddo

For more than 35 years, Jill and Eric have been proud homeowners in Uncertain, spending over 20 years living in nearby Marshall. Today, they divide their time between Caddo Lake and Lower Alabama, but this beautiful lake has always been where their hearts feel most at home.

Eric grew up exploring Caddo Lake—hunting in the surrounding woods, fishing its legendary waters, swimming on warm summer days, and skiing across the cypress-lined bayous. As the years passed, their two sons were fortunate enough to grow up enjoying many of those same experiences, creating their own memories on the very waters that have meant so much to the McCathran family for decades.

Caddo Lake is more than a beautiful place to visit; it’s a place where families reconnect, friendships grow, and every sunrise and sunset seems to tell a story.
